Menu Planning Monday - from the road. We had a long weekend trip to see the family in Missouri. A new nephew, 2 birthday boys, and some time with the cousins. We had an excellent time. Pictures to follow the menu posting.

Tuesday: Noodles Alfredo with veggies and ham
Wednesday: Burritos
Thursday: Lemon Garlic Tilapia
Friday: Homemade pizza
Saturday: Turkey and Dumplings (freezer meal)
Sunday: Hot Turkey Melts
