I love card making

I joined an Easter Card swap on scrap diner. I am having a blast making cards out of my scraps. It feels good not to waste supplies. Steve likes it also. I have a feeling that he is trying to come up with a way to have me do it and make money instead of spend it. I informed him that I would need a lot more supplies and tools to make a career out of it :)

The first layout if of Colorado. We were challenged to make a layout of someplace that relaxes or destresses us. I enjoyed working with the green. The letter stickers (Thickers) were a bit of a hassle. The wouldn't stick. I like making pages that allow me to journal. This will come in handy when I have Alzheimers.

The second pic is of some of the more recent cards I have made. Using scraps! (never mind the messy desk in the background).

The third (added at 10pm in an edit) was the layout I did for the retro ad challenge at Scrap Diner. I was inspired by the center alignment of the retro ad. Cole was not too crazy on the pinks but I wanted to use bright colors.
